Construction of 96 residences, of which 43 are to let, and 53 are starter homes. Designed by a workshopping process, this building project contributes to the urban planning programme of the SEMAVIP. It comprises a large office block on the Périphérique side, and various mixed and residential plots, combining businesses, retail, social housing and starter homes on the same site. This plot is very deep (28 m); to achieve the aim of high density usage, the layout has been designed to have substantial recesses, to prevent the blocks from seeming monolithic. As a result, new and varied views are created, and the microclimate is improved, such that the site can be certified for Habitat and Environment and also Very High Energy Efficiency. The overall style is urban, but distinguished by its hanging gardens and varying facades.
