The 23,000 m2 of the EuraTechnologies hub for the economic development of the high-tech sector are organized as follows: - a 2,000 m2 atrium to unite the Le Blan and Lafont companies, whose east and west facing glass fronts open onto the surrounding district, - 8,000 m2 dedicated to public access projects (urban services centre, business development unit, training facilities, lecture hall, public IT centre), - 12,000 m2 for office space, adaptable in area and usage, providing companies that occupy it with direct access to the hub facilities (conference centre, atrium).
