Conservatoire - Puteaux

The conservatoire was completed after only 18 months! Opened its doors to students on September 16th!

We met the challenge of this conservatoire, with all its particular requirements coming together in a unique urban environment: a large auditorium seating 600, a smaller space seating 150, and more than 50 rooms adapted for all kinds of individual artistic training. This aesthetic machine, a learning facility for music and dance, a community space, was completed under high pressure in only 18 months.

University of Technology in physical measurement – ZAC Pajol, Paris

The great concrete hall, formerly occupied by the NMPP,

along the broad sidings of the Gare de l'Est, is undergoing the first stages of the work that will transform it into an IUT. The structures have been bared, and the metal frame substructures have been installed. The space is reborn under the restored skylights.

Retirement home - Harcourt

This summer, the gardens of this timber built environmentally friendly community hospital were finished.

The building was completed in two successive phases while the site was in use, and is now fully operational even as finishing is completed. Already, the reception has been very positive, as much for the Alzheimer's facility as for the sheltered accommodation. This is gentle architecture, designed for purpose, and incorporated into a garden site created after the partial deconstruction of the original 1970s buildings.

Comédie Française – dome.

The reclaimed spaces in the attics of the Théatre Français are finally revealed after a series of phases that posed a number of technical challenges. The iron frame roof structure of Julien Guadet has been revealed; the successful adventure of the Théatre Ephémère in the Palais Royal courtyard has now ended.

for the realization of this highly integrated project of social housing (Paris Habitat), a 66-crib nursery (City of Paris), disability adapted accommodation for 22 people, a health centre and retail.
